Senior BIM Coordinator

The BIM coordinator who catches a conduit clash before the racks are fabricated.
The one who gets the GC and other trades to agree on a route the field crew can actually install.

The Birmingham Group is recruiting a full-time BIM Coordinator / Senior BIM Coordinator for an established New England electrical and low-voltage contractor.
What you’ll own
• Coordinate electrical and low-voltage models across healthcare, education, industrial, and commercial projects.
• Lead clash detection and work directly with the GC and other trades to resolve conflicts.
• Deliver models crews can build from, with room to grow into prefabrication coordination.
What you’ll bring
• Five years of construction modeling and coordination experience.
• Experience with Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Evolve.
• Electrical contractor experience is preferred. Mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection contractor backgrounds will also be considered.
What’s offered
• Up to $130,000 plus an annual discretionary bonus.

• A path from BIM Coordinator to Senior BIM Coordinator.
