Senior Business Immigration Paralegal

About the role

Pollak PLLC, an award-winning immigration law boutique based in Dallas with a satellite office in Fort Lauderdale.

You will handle a sophisticated employment-based caseload for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to growing businesses and investors.

Tasks

• Lead the paralegal team.
• Help manage workflow for all paralegals: assign cases, balance workloads, and track deadlines and performance.
• Supervise, train, and mentor paralegals.
• Review paralegal drafts before attorney review and give clear feedback, including the reasoning behind each change.
• Make sure every filing that leaves the office is complete and error-free, with every form field addressed before submission.
• Keep client files organized and current in our case management systems.
• Prepare, file, and track H-1B, L-1, E-2, PERM, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW matters, from document collection through approval.
• Prepare H-1B and other RFE responses, coordinating with employees, HR teams, and vendors to gather evidence on time.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of business immigration paralegal

Schedule

• Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 remote
• Full-time
