Galaxy i Tech is looking for a highly skilled Senior Databricks AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Databricks, PySpark, ML, MLOps, GenAI, LLMs, and cloud technologies, with a proven ability to deliver production-grade AI/ML solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities• Design and develop scalable data engineering and machine learning solutions using Databricks
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark and Delta Lake
• Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models on Databricks• Implement MLOps using MLflow, Databricks Model Registry, and CI/CD
• Build Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering
• Integrate AI/ML solutions with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Monitor model performance, data quality, and pipeline reliability in production• Implement security, governance, and compliance standards across data and AI platforms
🔹 Required Skills
✅ Strong experience with Databricks Lakehouse Platform
✅ Expert-level PySpark, Python, and SQL
✅ Hands-on Delta Lake and Unity Catalog
✅ Machine Learning with Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or XGBoost
✅ Strong MLflow, MLOps, and CI/CD experience
✅ Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering
✅ Azure Databricks, AWS Databricks, or GCP Databricks
✅ Apache Spark, Data Engineering, and Data Pipelines
✅ REST APIs and Microservices deployment
