What You’ll Do
Own financial reporting (quarterly statements + book-to-GAAP)Manage loan draws, cash flow waterfalls & equity schedulesSupport audits (external + engineering reimbursements)Oversee lot & commercial sales accountingHandle AP/AR processes and ensure clean, accurate dataTrack MUD reimbursements & property taxesPartner with project teams + leadership on ad hoc needs
What They’re Looking For
5+ years of project accounting experience or public accounting with real estate clientsBachelor’s in Accounting/Finance Real estate or development experience is a plus.Strong Excel skills Someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and can run with things
