🚨 WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER 🚨
📍 Location: Sacramento, CA – Hybrid (1–2 days onsite per week)
📌 Candidate Preference: Local Candidates Only
⏳ Duration: Long-Term Contract
💼 Experience: 12+ Years
🏛️ Required: State/Federal Client Experience
🔹 Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience managing large-scale projects and organizational transformations.
Strong experience in Higher Education, particularly Community Colleges or Community College Districts.
Proven expertise in leading enterprise-wide business and technology transformation initiatives.
Experience developing project roadmaps, integrated project plans, governance structures, and implementation strategies.
Strong executive-level stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership.
Experience with Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Organizational Change Management (OCM), vendor coordination, and implementation readiness.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, project risks, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
🔹 Preferred Skills:
ERP implementation or modernization experience.
Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP, Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
Experience with Finance, HR/HCM, or Student Information Systems (SIS).
PMP, PgMP, Prosci, or SAFe certification is a plus.
🎯 Important: Higher Education and Community College District transformation experience is essential. ERP experience is preferred but not mandatory.
