This client-facing position requires managing client relationships from initial inquiry through site visits to deal closure, ensuring clients find properties that perfectly match their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships from first inquiry to final closure
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct mandatory weekend site visits and property presentations across Bangalore
• Coordinate with builders and developers to stay updated on project developments
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and follow-up system
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications & Experience:

• Any Graduate
• Minimum 2 years experience in real estate, sales, or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of closing deals
• Familiarity with Bangalore's real estate market is a plus
• Ability to independently manage multiple client relationships
