About the role
Snatch UP is looking for a Senior Retail Delivery Consultant to partner with enterprise retail customers and deliver high-impact change.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, solution design, rollout and adoption for complex retail programmes.
- Advise fashion, merchandising and retail operations teams on practical ways to improve planning and execution.
- Manage customer stakeholders, delivery plans, risks and cross-functional teams.
- Translate business needs into clear, scalable workflows and measurable outcomes.
- Support go-lives and build trusted, long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- 7+ years in consulting, professional services, enterprise SaaS, customer delivery or implementation.
- Experience in retail, fashion, merchandising, supply chain or store operations.
- Strong programme management, stakeholder communication and analytical problem-solving.
- Confidence working with senior customer teams in a fast-moving environment.
