Senior RF Engineer

Tasks

• Design, simulate, and test RF circuits, including LNAs, transceivers, and power amplifiers.
• Work across frequencies ranging from 100 MHz to 16 GHz and power levels from 5W to 250W.
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, from initial design to manufacturing.
• Use tools such as Microwave Office, PADS, SolidWorks, and spectrum analyzers.
• Ensure RF designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability standards.
• Troubleshoot complex RF design challenges and contribute independently to engineering projects.

Requirements

• Senior-level RF engineering experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or related industries.
• Strong hands-on experience with low-noise amplifier and RF power amplifier design. Power amplifier experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with RF transceivers and broad RF system design.
• Familiarity with Microwave Office, PADS, SolidWorks, spectrum analyzers, or equivalent tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Candidates must be local to the Poway/San Diego, CA area and have a valid local driver’s license.
• LinkedIn profiles must have been created in 2020 or earlier.
