Senior RF Engineer

San Francisco | $150k–$200k + Excellent EquityWe’re hiring a Senior RF Engineer for a fast-growing aerospace startup developing next-generation satellite technology.
This is a hands-on role owning RF systems from architecture and design through PCB implementation, prototype bring-up, test, validation, and qualification.You’ll work across RF communications and payload subsystems, including link budgets, noise and linearity analysis, RF/mixed-signal PCB design, and board/system-level testing.
Looking For Experience WithRF hardware design at microwave and/or mmWave frequenciesLNAs, PAs, SSPAs, mixers, up/down converters, oscillators, filtersLink budgets, noise figure, linearity, gain cascadesRF/EM tools such as ADS, HFSS, Cadence, or similarSchematic capture and multilayer PCB layout, ideally AltiumLab equipment including VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes
Aerospace, satellite, defense, phased-array, SDR, or mission-critical hardware experience would be a strong plus.
