Senior Sales Executive

About the role

Build Pacific Medical Laboratory's presence in Phoenix.

You would report directly to ownership.

You start as the sole sales executive for the Valley, and as the market grows, you hire, lead, and develop your own team.

Tasks

• Get in front of practice managers and physicians at primary care, internal and family medicine, OB/GYN, gastroenterology, endocrinology, urgent care, weight loss and hormone clinics, functional medicine, and concierge practices.
• Build your own market entry plan and help define the Phoenix playbook.
• Close the account, then hand it to our Client Services and Onboarding team for setup, courier pickup, EMR connectivity, and results access.

Requirements

• 5+ years in sales, ideally 2 or more in the same Arizona territory, based in the Greater Phoenix area.
• You already call on independent, physician-owned practices in the Valley and know the decision makers by name.
• A named territory, President's Club, or top percentile ranking tells me a lot.
• Backgrounds in pharma, medical device, diagnostics, lab, or health IT translate well.
• I care most about real drive and the discipline to work independently in the field.
