Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior iOS Software Development Engineer to build scalable, high-quality native iOS applications for Xfinity Mobile. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Swift, modern iOS frameworks, mobile application architecture, API integration, and Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift.
Build customer-facing mobile experiences for device upgrades, trade-ins, billing, payments, plan management, and activation.
Develop scalable applications using SwiftUI, UIKit, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
Integrate REST APIs and backend services.
Implement asynchronous programming using Swift Concurrency and Combine.
Follow Spec-Driven Development (SDD) using technical specifications, acceptance criteria, API contracts, and architecture designs.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization.
Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Platform teams.
Maintain code quality through automated testing and established engineering best practices.
Required Skills
5+ years of professional iOS development experience.
Strong proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
Experience with MVVM, Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, and Modular Architecture.
Strong knowledge of iOS SDK and application lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with REST API integration.
Experience with Swift Concurrency (async/await) and/or Combine.
Hands-on experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
Experience with Git, Xcode, debugging, and performance optimization.
Preferred Skills
XCTest, unit testing, integration testing, and UI automation.
CI/CD pipelines and feature flag frameworks.
Mobile analytics, monitoring, and staged rollouts.
