Senior Software Engineer

Tasks

• Own critical customer escalations, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution.
• Debug Kubernetes control plane, networking, storage, and cluster lifecycle issues.
• Develop production-quality fixes and hotfixes using Go.
• Manage backports, regression testing, and patch releases.
• Improve platform reliability, observability, and upgrade processes.
• Leverage AI tools responsibly to accelerate debugging and engineering workflows

Requirements

• 5+ Years
• Strong hands-on Kubernetes expertise (Controllers, Operators, CAPI, CRDs)
• Go programming and microservices development
• Distributed systems troubleshooting
• Production debugging and code-level root cause analysis
• Patch delivery and backporting across release branches
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
