Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET (.NET Framework and .NET Core), C#, MVC pattern, and Razor Views to meet client requirements. Implement responsive front-end interfaces with JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and SCSS ensuring optimal user experience. Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures for SQL Server 2014 and above to support application data needs. Support and enhance legacy systems built on VB.NET and Classic ASP, ensuring seamless integration with modern components. Utilize Visual Studio 2019 and Azure DevOps for efficient code management, version control, and work tracking. Develop and maintain Selenium-based automated testing suites to ensure high-quality software releases. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver full lifecycle software projects on time and within scope. Adapt to flexible work schedules including nights and weekends when required to meet critical deadlines. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 5 years of professional programming experience with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. Proven experience in full software development lifecycle delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Strong ownership mindset with urgency and drive to meet aggressive project goals. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively both independently and in team settings. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently. Experience with hybrid cloud-based SaaS architectures is highly desirable. Good verbal and written communication skills essential for client interaction and documentation. Preferred: Knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry is a plus.
