📍 Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – Onsite twice a month)
⏳ Duration: 6 Months with extensions
💼 Experience: 15+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Teamcenter Functional Lead with strong Semiconductor industry expertise to drive PLM transformation and implementation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead PLM functional consulting, business process analysis, and solution definition.
Drive requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and stakeholder workshops.
Support Engineering Change Management, BOM, NPI/NPD, and Product Development processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams.
Lead functional activities across implementation, testing, and deployment.
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of overall experience with strong Teamcenter PLM functional expertise.
Deep understanding of Semiconductor product lifecycle and engineering processes.
Proven experience leading PLM transformation and implementation programs.
Strong functional consulting, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
Preferred Experience:
Semiconductor industry experience across Fabless, IDM, Foundry, or OSAT organizations.
Exposure to CAD, ERP, and MES integrations.
