Senior Technical Program Manager

Tasks

• Lead and oversee PeopleSoft HCM initiatives for a DC Government client.

Requirements

• 16+ years of IT Program/Project Management experience
• Strong experience managing PeopleSoft HCM teams and resources
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor
• Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) deployments
• Experience leading UX/UI modernization initiatives
• Third-party Identity Provider implementation experience
• Oracle Database management and optimization experience
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience
• DOJ Section 508 compliance implementation experience
• Data visualization system integration experience
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level reporting skills
• PMP certification preferred
• US Citizens, EAD, Green Card holders, or other authorized candidates
