Job description
Tasks
- Lead and manage PeopleSoft HCM resource team (including UX/UI, Payroll, and Time & Labor SMEs).
- Act as the crucial bridge between OCTO leadership, DCHR, and the technical team to ensure flawless delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- 16+ years of IT program/project management experience leading multi-person technical teams.
- Extensive technical experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor, Benefits), PUM deployments, and UI/UX modernization.
- Strong background managing OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), database optimizations, 3rd-party identity provider solutions, and DOJ 508 Compliance.
- Proven track record in public-sector/government IT environments (DC government experience preferred).
- PMP Certification is strongly preferred.
