ServiceNow SPM Technical Lead

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SPM transformation and implementation programs.
• Drive Agile frameworks and enterprise portfolio governance.
• Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and delivery quality.
• Lead onsite/offshore teams and ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams.
• Handle executive-level stakeholder management, governance reviews, and status reporting.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Provide strategic recommendations and roadmap planning aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Mandatory Skill: ServiceNow SPM
• Experience: 13 Years (Minimum)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM - Mandatory
• PMP / PRINCE2
• SAFe Agilist Certification
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Hands-on experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, and Resource Management.
