Site Engineer

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough valuation and inspection of properties to assess their condition and potential value. Prepare detailed reports based on inspection findings. Communicate effectively with banker and customer to ensure the reports are met. Monitor valuation progress and compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, changes, and progress to support valuation report. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineer, Structure Engineer etc. Proficiency in valuation, property inspection, and reporting methodologies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with industry-standard software tools and applications used in site engineering. A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in site engineering or related roles. Relevant certifications in engineering or real estate valuation are a plus.
