Key Responsibilities Assist in researching and identifying potential influencers who align with our brand values and target audience. Support the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish. Create engaging content for social media platforms that resonates with both influencers and our audience. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and suggest optimizations. Collaborate with the marketing team on brainstorming sessions and strategy planning. Maintain an organized database of influencer contacts and collaborations. Stay updated on current trends in social media and influencer marketing to provide valuable insights. Required and preferred qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with leading social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their respective audiences. Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and trend spotting. Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with social media management tools is a plus. Prior internship or project experience related to marketing or social media is a plus but not mandatory.
