ERMPL is hiring a full-time Personal Loan Officer in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. In this customer-facing lending role, you will help clients find personal loan options suited to their financial needs and guide them through the application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ financial situations and determine loan eligibility.
- Explain application requirements and provide support throughout the loan process.
- Review financial information and documents to support sound lending decisions.
- Coordinate with underwriters and financial analysts to help process timely loan approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and loan applications.
- Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly loan targets.
- Stay informed about lending regulations and industry developments.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Experience in sales and financial analysis.
- Time management skills to support multiple client accounts.
- At least two years of experience in financial services or a related industry is preferred.
- Finance or lending certifications are a plus.
Team and Reporting
