Site Manager

The Site Manager plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our affordable housing community. You’ll be the go-to person for residents, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming place to call home.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Act as the first point of contact for residents
• Conduct property tours and interview prospective tenants
• Manage waiting lists and ensure program compliance
• Complete tenant certifications and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and property inspections
• Collect rents/fees and manage daily property operations
• Prepare for regulatory visits and year-end audits
• Handle emergency calls and respond in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma/GED
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
