Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Tasks

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure using AWS and GAIA GKP.
• Manage infrastructure deployment, configuration, and operational activities.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Implement automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Support application deployments, releases, and production changes.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with banking security standards and change management policies.
• Participate in on-call support and production incident resolution.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience as an SRE in the Banking / Financial Services domain.
• Extensive experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure and services.
• Hands-on experience with GAIA GKP infrastructure (Mandatory).
• Infrastructure setup, configuration, deployment, and management.
• Application deployment and release management.
• Infrastructure and application monitoring.
• Production troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• High availability, system reliability, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
• Preferred: CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Preferred: Terraform / CloudFormation.
• Preferred: Prometheus, Grafana, AWS Cl
