Special Education Teacher Job in Rialto, CA for SY 2026-27

Every Special Child is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Rialto, California for the 2026-27 school year. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Provide direct instruction and support across various subject areas to enhance academic skills.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and specialists to ensure a supportive learning experience.
• Create a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement and participation.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to facilitate student integration into mainstream classrooms.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress and behavior for ongoing IEP evaluation.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience working with students with disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to diverse learning needs.
• Certification in Special Education is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
