• Collaborate with Business & IT leadership.
• Manage engineering staffing, performance, and budgets.
• Drive Agile delivery and stakeholder communication.
• Lead technology adoption, migration, and continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Airline Industry Experience - Mandatory.
• Finance Domain Experience
• SAP Experience (SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA)
• SAP Finance Applications
• Procurement Business Process Experience
• ITIL / Agile / XP Methodologies
• Strong Technical & Program Leadership
• Engineering Team & Stakeholder Management
• Preferred: Coupa / Sievo, Airline Industry Experience, SAP ECC / S/4HANA Finance Landscape, Budget Management & Forecasting, Agile Delivery & Product Lifecycle Management, Executive-Level Communication
• 9+ years of experience in IT solution delivery using ITIL / Agile / XP or similar methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• All visas accepted except STEM OPT
