About the role

Haley & Aldrich is seeking a Staff Construction Sales Professional 2 for a full-time, sales-focused position in its Charlotte, NC or Greenville, SC office. The role involves forging new client relationships and identifying opportunities with existing clients in environmental construction services.

Join a growing group and company and contribute to a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships and a focused account strategy for environmental construction services.
  • Identify, position, and pursue construction opportunities in remediation and heavy civil markets, including national opportunities, with Haley & Aldrich Client Account Managers.
  • Support the full business development cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, opportunity qualification, capture planning, and sales close-out.
  • Participate in face-to-face business development activities, including targeted outreach and limited cold calling.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to advance opportunities.
  • Support proposal development, including scope development, coordination, and contributions to written content.
  • Listen to clients and internal teams, anticipate needs, and follow through on commitments with a service-first approach.
