The team’s North Star is Zero Ops developer infrastructure through aggressive automation and careful, detail-oriented tool design. AI informs the team’s work, and manual effort is treated as an opportunity to solve a customer problem with software.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the developer experience from onboarding through deploy, including development environments, build systems, CI/CD, test infrastructure, and deploy tooling.
• Build frameworks and tools that make CI fast, reliable, and effortless.
• Design and build self-serve tools that help product and ML engineers move quickly without filing tickets or waiting.
• Lead teams toward clear, reliable visibility into what is in production, when it shipped, and how it is performing.
• Explore and lead AI-assisted intelligence in developer tooling thoughtfully.
• Build and maintain complex systems that support rapid development.
