StrongDM/PAM/Cloud Security Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Security Engineer with hands-on enterprise experience in StrongDM, Privileged Access Management (PAM), AWS, Kubernetes, and scripting automation.

Tasks

• Configure, administer, and support StrongDM access controls, gateways, resources, identities, roles, and access policies.
• Enforce least-privilege access, privileged session controls, access approvals, and audit trails.
• Integrate StrongDM with AWS environments and configure/troubleshoot secure access to Kubernetes clusters, namespaces, and resources.
• Integrate with enterprise identity providers and SSO solutions, managing RBAC and provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Develop automation workflows using Python, Bash, or PowerShell, and support repeatable configurations using Terraform and Git-based workflows.
• Review access logs, support compliance and audit requirements, and troubleshoot connectivity/authentication issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 14+ years of professional experience in cloud security, IAM, PAM, or infrastructure security.
• Hands-on experience administering and supporting StrongDM in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of PAM concepts, least privilege, and session auditing.
• Practical experience with AWS services and cloud security (IAM roles, policies).
