About the Role
JobSpot is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support end-to-end supply chain operations in New York, NY. You will analyze data, support forecasting, optimize processes, and improve operational efficiency across procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to maintain efficient material flow.
- Monitor supplier performance and track lead times, costs, and service levels.
- Create dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems, or similar tools.
- Assist with supply chain audits and process improvement initiatives.
- Support cost reduction, vendor evaluation, and risk mitigation with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain accurate supply chain records and operational documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query.
- Knowledge of demand planning, logistics, procurement, or inventory management principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or a similar ERP system is preferred.
