Job description
Tasks
- Maintain and configure Microsoft Intune, Azure AD / Entra ID and MECM/SCCM
- Build and deliver Intune app packages
- Be the escalation point for Windows 10/11, Apple and Android device issues
- Administer Azure, report on KPIs, and train and mentor support staff
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Strong experience with Intune Endpoint Management, Azure / Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
- Azure administration skills
- PowerShell, M365 (Teams, Copilot, Outlook), ServiceNow, Windows Server and patch management experience are a plus
