Talent Acquisition Consultant

Tasks

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and assessment through offer and hiring.
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers and HR teams to define requirements and execute recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, ATS, CRM and other recruitment tools.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate selection, interview practices and offer strategy.
• Maintain clear candidate communication and deliver a positive hiring experience.
• Use AI and technology-enabled tools to improve recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Agency recruiting background combined with professional-services recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success placing mid-to-senior-level B2B sales professionals.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment and stakeholder advisory skills.
• Working knowledge of ATS, CRM and LinkedIn sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.
• Preferred: Experience recruiting within Health amp; Benefits Consulting and influencing senior business stakeholders.
• Chicago-area candidates preferred. No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship is available.

Schedule

• Hybrid: Minimum 3 days per week in the office
• Contract: 12 months
