Tasks

• Identifying, pitching, and booking high-profile podcast guests.
• Leveraging existing industry relationships to secure talent.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with publicists, agents, managers, and talent representatives.
• Collaborating on guest research, interview topics, and content development.
• Helping shape the creative direction and overall guest strategy of the podcast.
• Supporting production and coordinating with talent and their representatives throughout the process.

Requirements

• Has an established network of relationships and connections across the entertainment industry.
• Has a proven track record of booking high-profile talent, celebrities, and compelling guests.
• Has experience producing content, with a strong understanding of storytelling, talent development, and what makes an engaging interview.
• Is proactive, resourceful, creative, and comfortable collaborating on projects from initial outreach through production.
• Understands the podcast landscape and has a strong instinct for identifying guests and conversations that will resonate with audiences.
• Must be based in Los Angeles.
• Prior experience in talent booking and/or entertainment production.
• An established network of industry contacts is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to secure recognizable, high-caliber guests.
