Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a diverse team by providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure peak performance. Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders and upper management to measure success metrics. Required and preferred qualifications Diploma in a relevant field. Proven leadership skills with demonstrated experience in managing and developing teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and foster relationships. Strong decision-making capabilities and strategic thinking skills. Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools is a plus.
