Apt moves beyond traditional CV claims by providing a realistic organization, real problems, AI coworkers, and authentic work experiences. Our platform captures how individuals reason, collaborate, decide, adapt, and execute, generating verifiable evidence of their capabilities.

What You’ll Own

• Lead the technical direction and execution of Apt from concept to launch (0→1).
• Design and develop the AI-native workplace architecture.
• Create a persistent simulated organization with AI coworkers.
• Build the capability and evidence layer that tracks real work performance.
• Develop adaptable workflows tailored to diverse professional roles.
• Design infrastructure enabling seamless human and AI-agent collaboration.
• Deliver a minimum viable product (MVP) for real user interaction within weeks.
• Make critical technical decisions on AI models, agents, memory, evaluation, data, and infrastructure.
• Own Apt’s long-term technical vision and strategy.

Who We’re Looking For

You are a technical leader eager to co-own the product and technical challenges from the ground up. You thrive in ambiguity, excel at building from first principles, and prioritize shipping impactful solutions over perfection.

Preferred experience includes:

• Full-stack engineering
• AI and large language model (LLM) applications
• Agentic system development
• Backend and platform architecture
• Database design and API development
• Evaluation and observability systems
• Product engineering

While you may not have every skill listed, strong technical judgment, critical thinking, and a passion for building innovative solutions from zero are essential.
