Apt replaces traditional CV claims with a realistic organization, real problems, AI coworkers, and authentic work experiences. The platform captures reasoning, collaboration, decision-making, adaptability, and execution, turning these into verifiable evidence of capability.

What You’ll Own

• Lead the technical direction and execution of Apt from concept to launch (0→1).
• Design and develop the AI-native workplace architecture.
• Create a persistent simulated organization with AI coworkers.
• Develop the capability and evidence layer that captures user performance.
• Build adaptive workflows tailored to diverse professional roles.
• Design infrastructure enabling seamless human and AI-agent collaboration.
• Deliver a minimum viable product (MVP) for real user interaction within weeks.
• Make critical technical decisions on AI models, agents, memory, evaluation, data, and infrastructure.
• Own Apt’s long-term technical vision and strategy.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a technical leader eager to co-own the challenge of building Apt from the ground up. Comfort with ambiguity, first-principles thinking, pragmatic trade-offs, and rapid shipping are essential.

Experience in some of the following areas is valuable but not mandatory:

• Full-stack engineering
• AI and large language model (LLM) applications
• Agentic systems development
• Backend and platform architecture
• Databases and API design
• Evaluation and observability systems
• Product engineering

Strong technical judgment, problem-solving skills, and a passion for building innovative solutions from zero matter most.
