Job description
Tasks
- Own project schedules, scope, risk mitigation (RAID), budgets, and multi-team dependencies across cross-functional engineering teams.
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technical design - actively participate in Architecture Review Boards (ARBs), evaluate technical trade-offs, and ensure scalable, resilient implementations.
- Facilitate Scrum and Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery models (sprint planning, PI planning, release management) to maintain high delivery predictability and code quality.
- Partner with engineering leads and architects to oversee decoupled architectures, API contracts, and cloud modernization initiatives.
- Act as the trusted technical liaison between product owners, engineering teams, enterprise architects, and executive leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive technology experience, leading complex software delivery initiatives and cross-functional teams.
- Solid background in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, microservices, and modern API design/integrations.
- Prior hands-on background as a Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or Solution Architect before steppin
