Technical Lead Java API Web Services With Database Exp

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to lead the UCD Web Services and API development initiatives while working closely with Database, QA, DevOps, and Product teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and Microservices architecture, coupled with solid database knowledge in PostgreSQL and Oracle environments. The role involves technical leadership, solution design, delivery ownership, production support, performance optimization, stakeholder management, and team mentoring. The candidate should be capable of driving end-to-end application delivery while ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and adherence to enterprise engineering standards.

Experience Required
8-15+ years of hands-on software development experience
Minimum 2+ years in a Technical Lead or Module Lead role
Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and production environments
Experience leading Agile teams and driving delivery commitments
Strong stakeholder and client management skills
