Himanshu Sharma is hiring a full-time Technical Trainer in New Delhi, Delhi, India. This on-site role focuses on strengthening employee technical skills through effective training programs. You will create and deliver learning experiences that support workforce development, improve technical competency, and help the organization meet its goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs for employees with different technical skill levels, helping them understand the organization's products and services.
• Lead engaging training sessions, workshops, and hands-on learning activities.
• Assess training effectiveness using evaluations and feedback, and update course materials as needed.
• Work with team members to identify technical skill gaps and develop targeted training interventions.
• Keep training content and delivery methods current with industry trends and best practices.
• Maintain training records, track employee progress, and report outcomes.
• Provide individual coaching and additional support to employees who need it.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, training, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Trainer or in a similar instructional role.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical training or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Solid technical knowledge relevant to the organization's products or services.
• Experience using training software and tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS).
