About the role
Utility / Energy industry
Tasks
- Develop and maintain user manuals, technical guides, and training materials.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, developers, and SMEs.
- Review and proofread technical documents for accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain and update documentation based on system changes.
Requirements
- 2–4 Years
- Any Visa Accepted
- LinkedIn Profile: Mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, or MadCap Flare.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and version control tools.
- Ability to manage multiple documentation projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
