Telecaller – Full-Time in Chandigarh, India

Hr is hiring a motivated Telecaller for a full-time, on-site position in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India. You will contact prospective customers, explain the company’s products and services, understand customer needs, and support sales growth through professional communication and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant solutions.
• Record customer interactions accurately and update company databases.
• Work toward monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team on lead-generation strategies.
• Attend training and development sessions to strengthen communication and sales skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or telemarketing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to solve problems and respond effectively to customer needs.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• One to two years of customer service or telecalling experience is desirable.
