Hr is looking for a dedicated and motivated Tele Caller to join our team in Chandigarh, India. This full-time role involves engaging with potential clients, promoting services, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
• Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases.
• Meet monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promptly address inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies.
• Participate in training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or telemarketing experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly.
• Positive attitude, team player, and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or tele calling is desirable.
