Key Responsibilities Conducting outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Assisting clients with their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating data in the company database. Collaborating with team members to develop effective communication strategies and customer engagement plans. Tracking call outcomes and reporting on customer feedback and sales metrics. Participating in company meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and best practices. Continuously improving personal sales skills and adapting to changing market conditions. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Proficient in data entry with keen attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team. Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus but not required.
