Participate in training sessions and team meetings to keep up with product knowledge and best practices. Meet daily and weekly call metrics and contribute to achieving overall team targets. Required and Preferred Qualifications Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Prior experience in customer service or telecalling is an advantage, but not required. Familiarity with basic computer skills and proficiency in using call-related software. No formal education qualifications are required. Ability to work independently in a home office setup.
