Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction.

• Follow up on leads and referrals to convert them into potential sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide valuable feedback on customer responses to help improve our offerings.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in Hindi; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
