Job description
We are hiring a full-time Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this customer-facing sales role, you will contact prospective clients, understand their needs, recommend suitable products or services, and help turn inquiries into sales. You will work with a supportive team and report to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant solutions.
- Follow up with leads and build relationships to convert inquiries into sales.
- Record customer conversations and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Work with colleagues to support sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Provide helpful customer service that supports satisfaction and retention.
- Review sales metrics and adjust your approach to support performance goals.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- HSC pass or equivalent education.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in tele-sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with standard office software and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good time management and a proactive approach to tasks.
Team and Work Environment
Dedicated supervisors provide guidance and mentorship. You will report to the Sales Manager and coordinate with Marketing and Customer Support to help deliver comprehensive service to clients.
