We are looking for an experienced Telecom Manager to lead enterprise-wide telecommunications operations, carrier management, circuit provisioning, and lifecycle management across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of telecom circuits, including provisioning, installation, activation, and disconnects.
Lead carrier and vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service escalations.
Drive telecom cost optimization, vendor consolidation, and expense reduction initiatives.
Coordinate with Corporate Networking and Field Infrastructure teams for successful site deployments.
Monitor vendor performance, outages, service reliability, and operational improvements.
Maintain accurate telecom inventory and lifecycle documentation.
Lead and develop a team of 3–5 telecom provisioning professionals.
Required Skills & Experience:
7–10+ years of experience in Telecom, Network Operations, or Carrier Management.
Strong knowledge of Broadband, DIA, SIP, MPLS, LTE/5G, Fiber, and Fixed Wireless.
Hands-on experience with circuit provisioning and carrier delivery.
Experience managing telecom providers such as Comcast, Lumen, and aggregators like Granite or Meriplex.
Strong vendor negotiation, contract management, and escalation-handling skills.
Experience supporting large, multi-site enterprise environments.
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
