Therapeutic Mentors

Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently; Comfortable working with children and adolescents with a variety of needs; Strong communication and relationship-building skills; Good time-management and organizational skills; Basic computer skills and the ability to complete required documentation accurately and on time; Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality; Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the local service area; Human services students or individuals with related experience are preferred. Offers meaningful one-on-one work with children and teens, valuable hands-on experience in the behavioral health/human services field, mileage reimbursement for eligible travel, reimbursement for approved expenses related to outings and activities with youth, support from an experienced behavioral health team, flexible work that may pair well with a college schedule.
