Traveling Maintenance Technician

RiverRun Solutions is looking for a skilled, motivated Traveling Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities, equipment, and properties running at their best.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE, OVERHEAD DOORS, DOCK LEVELERS, WELDING & FABRICATION, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, HVAC, PAINTING & REPAIRS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, and minor repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
- Maintain and repair overhead doors and dock levelers
- Perform welding and metal fabrication repairs as needed
- Complete general handyman repairs and maintenance
- Fabricate parts as needed to complete repairs
- Use logic controllers and read schematics to diagnose problems
- Conduct preventative maintenance
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general handyman repairs
- Experience with overhead doors and dock levelers
- Welding and metal fabrication experience
- Familiar with logic controllers and using an OH/ammeter
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in English
- Must be able to travel for work
