Job description
Tasks
- Lead administration and support of enterprise Windows Server environments.
- Manage Hyper-V hosts, failover clusters, SCVMM and virtual machine lifecycle.
- Handle VM provisioning, decommissioning, live migration and host patching.
- Troubleshoot server availability and performance issues and lead RCA activities.
- Administer and harden Linux environments across RHEL, SUSE, Oracle Linux and Ubuntu.
- Manage OS patching, kernel upgrades, LVM, file systems, NFS and system services.
- Automate infrastructure operations using PowerShell, Bash, Python and Ansible.
- Manage incidents, changes, runbooks, CMDB and compliance reporting.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance and operational improvements.
