About the role
Lot Boss LLC, a roofing contractor in Houston, Texas, is looking for an experienced Xactimate estimator and supplement writer to join the team. The role involves writing roofing supplements and tracking claims.
Responsibilities
- Review adjuster estimates for missing and underpaid items.
- Write roofing supplements in Xactimate with photos and code support.
- Draft rebuttal notes when items are denied.
- Track claims until they are paid.
Requirements
- At least one year writing U.S. residential roofing supplements.
- Strong Xactimate skills, including O&P, drip edge, starter, steep/high charges, and code items.
- Experience with EagleView/HOVER reports.
- Good written English.
- Some overlap with U.S. Central Time, during morning hours in Houston.
Finalists will complete a paid test file.
