Account Support Representative

About the role

The Functionary is hiring an Account Support Representative to provide operational and administrative support for assigned accounts. The role is suited to professionals with experience in order entry, order management, logistics, or customer support.

The Functionary provides business process support services to consumers, small businesses, mid-market, and enterprise customers. Its support solutions cover customer support, e-commerce operations, setup, connectivity, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately.
• Handle Salesforce cases and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain SKU, pricing, and customer account information.
• Manage returns, credits, and rebilling processes.
• Respond to customer inquiries about ETAs, invoices, and shipment tracking.
• Monitor open orders and follow up on vendor delays, procurement holds, and pending requests.
• Assist with customer portal setup and maintenance.
• Communicate with account teams and internal departments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls as required.
• Prepare quotes for end-user computing equipment and identify upselling opportunities.
• Support additional projects and team initiatives as needed.
