Job Title: AI GTM LeadClient Name: MphasisLocation: Minneapolis, MN / Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)Visa: No OPT/CPT We are looking for a GTM Lead – Generative AI / Agentic AI with strong technical, product, and customer-facing experience.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute GTM strategies for enterprise GenAI, LLMs, and agentic AI platforms.Drive AI platform adoption through demos, prototypes, workshops, and technical enablement.Design and deploy GenAI/agentic solutions using RAG, tool use, multi-agent orchestration, and memory frameworks.Develop reusable SDKs, playbooks, templates, and AI accelerators.Partner with product, engineering, business, security, and compliance teams to influence AI platform roadmaps.Communicate AI concepts and business impact to technical, business, and executive stakeholders.Required Skills:4+ years of AI experience and 3+ years in GTM, technical product, solution engineering, or forward-deployed engineering.Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLMs and agent-based systems.Strong programming and API development skills.3+ years of experience with GCP or Azure and Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift.Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or ADK.Experience with LLMOps, evaluation, observability, prompt management, and guardrails.Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, or Cursor.Preferred: Enterprise experience, preferably in regulated industries, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
