Associate - Miami, FL – $160k Base + Clear Partner Track

About the role

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a labor and employment associate to defend employers in labor and employment litigation and class-action matters. The practice focuses on management-side labor and employment litigation. The role is initially in office five days per week, with increased flexibility following onboarding.

The opportunity offers early client contact and case responsibility, exposure to complex litigation and class-action matters, and structured training and mentorship. Partnership typically follows an eight-year track, with the potential to advance more quickly based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Defend employers in labor and employment litigation and class-action matters.
• Manage pleadings, discovery, motion practice and other aspects of case development.
• Draft position statements, discovery responses, motions and substantive legal documents.
• Participate in workplace investigations, client interviews and evidence gathering.
• Advise and communicate directly with clients on sensitive workplace matters.
• Collaborate with partners on case strategy, risk assessment and resolution.
• Attend on-site investigations and occasional out-of-town fieldwork when required.

Requirements

• Active admission to the Florida Bar.
• At least three years of labor and employment litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing and advocacy skills.
• Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients.
